Integrated Development Plan (IDP)
	During the Analysis phase the process focused only on the relevant aspects of issues influencing the development of the municipality. The purpose of this phase was also to ensure that decisions on strategies and projects will be based on the qualitative priority needs and challenges on local residents, proper quantitative information on all those priority issues, clear knowledge of the availability of local resources, and A holistic understanding of the dynamics or key issues determining the various development priorities within the municipality. read more...
